One action anywhere in the system updates the customer, the team and the owner at the same time.

VLADA is an AI Business Operating System built by Chosen Customs LLC. It connects a company's customers, staff, software, workflows, communications and business data into one intelligent system, delivered as a Customer Portal, a Staff Portal, an Owner Command Center, an AI business assistant and automations. It is built around each company's existing tools and workflow rather than replacing them.

What VLADA is

VLADA (also written VLADA AI) is a software product built by Chosen Customs LLC. It is not a single app you download and it is not a template. Each VLADA system is mapped to one company's real workflow, connected to the software that company already uses, and delivered as three portals, an AI assistant and a set of automations that all read from the same live data. The name is a product name; it is unrelated to the Slavic given name Vlada.

What problem VLADA solves

Most service companies run on five to ten tools that do not talk to each other: email, a CRM, a calendar, an invoicing app, text messages, spreadsheets, a project board. Information is retyped between them, follow-ups depend on someone remembering, customers call to ask what is happening, and the owner is the only place where the full picture exists. VLADA solves the disconnection, not any one tool. It adds one intelligent layer across the stack so that a single action, such as a customer signing an estimate, updates the customer, the team and the owner at once.

Who VLADA is for

Owner-led service businesses that manage customers, employees, jobs and payments every day: auto repair shops, PDR and collision shops, solar installers, home services companies, contractors and other service businesses. Typical size is a team of a few people to a few hundred, running several disconnected tools.

The components of VLADA

Customer Portal

A branded login where each customer sees their job or project status, next step, appointments, documents to sign, invoices, payments where configured, photos and messages. It answers "what is happening with my job?" before the customer has to call. How the Customer Portal works →

Staff Portal

A phone-first screen for employees and technicians: clock in and out, today's jobs or stops, tasks and checklists, customer details, photos uploaded straight onto the job record, documents and messages with the office. How the Staff Portal works →

Owner Command Center

One live dashboard for ownership: revenue, pipeline, active jobs, team status, outstanding payments, calendar, inbox, alerts, optional cameras, and a "needs your attention" list that VLADA keeps current. What the Owner Command Center shows →

AI Business Assistant

The assistant answers plain-language questions from the connected data: how much did we make this week, which jobs are behind, who has not paid, what needs me today. Where an action is configured, it can draft or carry out the next step, such as sending a reminder, after you approve. Its answers depend on what is connected. What the AI assistant can answer →

Automations

Hand-offs that no longer wait on a person: instant replies to new leads, status updates when a stage changes, appointment and payment reminders, invoice and review requests, and internal alerts when something stalls. Each rule is configured around your process and can run as draft-for-approval. How VLADA automations are built →

Integrations

VLADA is built around compatible tools you already use for email, calendar, CRM, accounting, payments, forms, communication and analytics. What can be connected depends on each tool's API and access and is confirmed during the mapping session, never assumed. How integrations work →

How the components work together

Everything reads from and writes to the same connected data, so one event moves through the whole system. A typical flow in a repair shop:

  1. A lead arrives by web form, text or email. An automation replies instantly and the lead appears in the Owner Command Center pipeline.
  2. The estimate is approved in the Customer Portal with an e-signature. The job is created, the customer's status changes, and the owner sees it without a call.
  3. A technician is assigned and sees the job in the Staff Portal with the customer's details and checklist. Photos taken on site land on the same job record.
  4. The stage changes to "in progress" and later "ready". The customer is notified automatically; the owner's dashboard updates.
  5. The invoice goes out, payment is tracked, and a review request follows. If the invoice stalls, it appears on the owner's "needs you" list and the AI assistant can remind the customer when asked.

No step is retyped into a second tool, and every role sees only what it needs: the customer sees their job, the team sees their day, the owner sees the whole company.

What VLADA is not

  • Not a generic chatbot. The assistant answers from your connected business data, not from the open internet.
  • Not a CRM replacement by default. VLADA can sit across your existing CRM or provide the tracking itself; that choice is made with you. Read AI Business Operating System vs CRM.
  • Not a marketplace of pre-built integrations. Connections are confirmed per company based on real API access.

Common questions

What is VLADA AI?

VLADA AI is the same product as VLADA: an AI Business Operating System from Chosen Customs LLC. The "AI" refers to the built-in business assistant that answers questions and carries out approved actions using a company's connected data.

What is an AI Business Operating System?

An AI Business Operating System is one connected layer across the software a company already uses, with portals for customers, staff and ownership, an AI assistant that reads the connected data, and automations that move work between tools. Read the full definition on our AI Business Operating System page.

What can VLADA automate?

Lead replies, customer status updates, appointment and payment reminders, invoice sending, review requests, internal alerts when something stalls, and hand-offs between your tools such as creating a job when an estimate is signed. Every rule is configured around your process and can run as draft-for-approval.

Does VLADA replace my CRM?

Not necessarily. VLADA can sit across your existing CRM and keep it in sync, or, if you prefer, provide the customer and job tracking itself. That decision is made during the mapping session, not forced.

Can VLADA connect to software my company already uses?

Usually yes. VLADA is built around compatible tools you already use for email, calendar, CRM, accounting, payments, forms and communication. What can be connected depends on each tool's API and access and is confirmed before anything is built.

What types of businesses can use VLADA?

Service businesses with customers, employees, jobs and payments to manage: auto repair, PDR and collision, solar, home services, construction and similar companies. Each system is configured around the specific company.

What does VLADA cost?

Starting at $199/month: one portal (Customer, Staff, or Owner Command Center) is a $999 one-time setup and $199/month; the complete VLADA system with all three portals is a $2,500 setup and $699/month. The mapping session confirms your scope before anything is built.

How is VLADA different from a CRM?

A CRM stores contacts, deals and conversations. VLADA connects the CRM with scheduling, staff, invoicing, communications and reporting, gives each role its own portal, and adds an AI assistant across all of it. See the detailed comparison on our AI Business Operating System vs CRM page.

Can business owners ask VLADA questions about their company?

Yes. Owners ask in plain language, by text or voice, and VLADA answers from the connected data: revenue, jobs, schedules, employees, customers, leads and payments. If something is not connected, VLADA says what it cannot see.
