VLADA / AI ASSISTANT

An AI Business Assistant That Understands Your Entire Company

VLADA answers questions about your revenue, employees, projects, customers, payments, schedules and operations, using the data in your connected business systems.

The AI Business Assistant is one component of VLADA, an AI Business Operating System. It answers from the data connected through the integrations and surfaces what needs attention in the Owner Command Center.

“VLADA, what needs my attention today?”
“Three leads are waiting for follow-up, two invoices are overdue, one employee hasn't clocked in, and four jobs are scheduled for completion today.”

What is an AI business assistant?

An AI business assistant is an assistant that works with your company's own operational data. You ask a question in plain language; it reads the connected systems and answers with your real numbers, statuses and schedules.

Ask your business anything

Owners use VLADA the way they would ask a sharp operations manager:

  • “VLADA, how much did we make this week?”
  • “Which jobs need my attention?”
  • “Who was late today?”
  • “What invoices are overdue?”
  • “Which customers need a follow-up?”

The answers come back as numbers, lists and charts drawn from the systems VLADA is connected to, on the Owner Command Center or wherever you ask.

Not a generic chatbot

A generic chatbot knows the internet. VLADA is designed to work with connected business systems and operational data: your CRM, calendar, payments, communications and project records. It answers about your company because it can see your company, with access limited to what you decide to connect and who you allow.

Beyond answers

Because VLADA sits across your systems, it can also surface things you did not ask about: overdue invoices, jobs behind schedule, or customers waiting on a reply, and it can carry out routine follow-up work through automations you approve.

What you can ask

  • Money: "How much did we make this week?" · "Who hasn't paid us?" · "What's outstanding?"
  • Work: "Which jobs are behind schedule?" · "What's on the board today?" · "Show me tomorrow's schedule."
  • People: "Who is working right now?" · "Who hasn't clocked in?"
  • Customers: "Which customers are waiting on us?" · "Which leads haven't been contacted?"
  • Judgment: "What should I focus on today?", answered from the ranked needs-attention list in the Owner Command Center.

Grounded, not generic

The assistant answers only from the systems connected to your build through the integrations. If payments are not connected, "who hasn't paid?" gets "payments are not connected", not a guess. That honesty is the difference between an assistant you check and an assistant you trust.

Actions, with your approval

Where an action is configured, the assistant can carry out the next step, sending a payment reminder, a follow-up or an internal nudge, as a draft for your approval or automatically once you trust the rule. How those rules are built is covered in the practical guide to business automation with AI.

Common questions

What data can VLADA answer questions about?

Whatever is connected for your build: revenue and payments, projects and jobs, staff schedules and clock-ins, customer records and communications.

Does VLADA work by voice?

VLADA is designed for text and voice questions. The exact input methods depend on your build and the devices you use.

Can employees use it too, or only the owner?

Access is role-based. Owners, managers and staff can each be given an assistant view scoped to what they are allowed to see.

Will VLADA answer from the public internet?

Its job is your business data. It is not a general web chatbot dressed up as a business tool.

How accurate are the answers?

Answers reflect the data in your connected systems. If a system is not connected or not updated, VLADA tells you what it can and cannot see.

Is our data used to train public AI models?

No. Your operational data is used to serve your company, with access limited to the people you name.

Can I talk to it by voice?

Yes. The assistant works by text or voice, from the command center or a phone.

Does it use my data to train public AI models?

No. Your business data stays yours, is used to answer your questions, and is exportable at any time.

What happens when it doesn't know?

It says so. Answers cite what is connected; when something is not connected or not recorded, the assistant tells you instead of inventing a number.
