Why VLADA exists

VLADA started from running service businesses, not from a software idea. The pattern was the same everywhere: the company had plenty of software and no connection between any of it. Customers called to ask what was happening. Technicians called the office for details. Invoices went out late. The owner was the only person who could see the whole operation, and only by holding it in their head. Every new app made the pile taller without closing the gaps.

VLADA is the answer we wanted for our own companies: one layer across the existing tools that gives each role its own view, runs the hand-offs automatically, and lets the owner ask the business a question and get an answer from live data. It is built per company because no two service businesses run the same way, and a template would simply become one more app.

How we work

Show us your business. You tell us how your company works today, which tools you use, and where things fall through. This starts with the Build My System form.
Mapping session. We map your real workflow from first contact to final payment and confirm which of your systems can be connected, based on each tool's actual API and access.
Simple pricing. Starting at $199/month: one portal (Customer, Staff, or Owner Command Center) is a $999 one-time setup and $199/month; the complete VLADA system with all three portals is a $2,500 setup and $699/month. Confirmed with your scope before anything is built. No open-ended billing.
Build and launch. Portals, dashboard, assistant and automations are built around your process, tested with real records, and launched with customer-facing automations set to draft-for-approval until you are comfortable.
Maintain. We host, monitor and update the system after launch, including when one of your tools changes.

What we will not claim

We publish only what we can support. We do not invent customer counts, testimonials, revenue results, awards, certifications or integration lists. Dashboard and portal numbers shown on this site are labelled demo data. Which integrations are possible for your company is confirmed for your specific tools, never assumed from a logo wall. VLADA's assistant answers depend on the systems connected to it, and we say so on every page where it appears.
