How VLADA works for auto repair shops
A repair shop's day is a chain of hand-offs: a call or web request becomes an estimate, the estimate becomes an approved repair order, the order is assigned to a technician, parts arrive, the car moves through bays, the customer is told it is ready, and the invoice is paid. In most shops each link lives in a different place, so the front desk spends the day relaying status by phone.
VLADA connects the links. The request is answered instantly and appears on the owner's pipeline. The customer approves the estimate in their portal and watches the repair move through stages without calling. The technician sees the job, the vehicle history and the checklist in the Staff Portal, and photos land on the repair order. Each stage change notifies the customer automatically. The invoice is generated from the job and tracked until paid. The Owner Command Center shows cars in the shop, bays, parts waiting, money outstanding and what is stuck, and the AI assistant answers "which cars are ready?" or "who hasn't paid?" from that live data. Which shop-management, accounting and messaging tools can be connected is confirmed for your specific tools during the mapping session.

Questions shops ask before they build.
What is VLADA for auto repair businesses?
VLADA is an AI-powered business operating system built for a specific shop. It connects your customers, employees, jobs, payments and communications into one system with a customer portal, a staff portal, an owner command center, an AI assistant and automations.
Can VLADA work with my existing software?
Usually yes. VLADA is designed to be built around compatible tools you already use, such as your CRM, email, calendar and payment systems. What can be connected depends on each tool's API and access, and is confirmed during the mapping session.
Can customers track their repair?
Yes. The customer portal shows each customer their vehicle's status, progress steps, next actions, documents, balance and messages, and sends automatic updates when the status changes.
Can employees use VLADA from their phones?
Yes. The staff portal is designed phone-first: clock in and out, today's schedule, assigned jobs, tasks, job status updates and messages.
Can VLADA automate customer updates?
Yes, where messaging channels are connected. Status changes can post to the customer portal and notify the customer automatically, using rules you approve.
Can the owner see the entire business from one dashboard?
Yes. The owner command center shows revenue, jobs in progress, team status, outstanding payments, communications, calendar and alerts in one live view, with the VLADA assistant available for questions.
Can I customize VLADA for my shop?
Yes. Every VLADA system is designed around the specific shop's workflow, stages, roles and tools. It is a build, not a template.
How long does implementation take?
Most builds launch within a few weeks, depending on how many systems and workflows are connected. Pricing starts at $199/month: one portal (Customer, Staff, or Owner Command Center) is a $999 one-time setup and $199/month, and the complete VLADA system with all three portals is a $2,500 setup and $699/month. Scope is confirmed at the mapping session before anything is built.
How can AI automate an auto repair shop?
By connecting the steps that are currently relayed by hand: instant replies to new requests, estimate approval and e-signature in a customer portal, automatic status texts as the car moves through stages, same-day invoicing from the repair order, payment reminders and review requests, and an owner dashboard with an AI assistant that answers questions from live shop data.
Can customers track their car repair online?
Yes. In the VLADA Customer Portal each customer sees the repair stage, the next step, the approved estimate, photos, the invoice and messages, and receives automatic updates when the stage changes.
What software connects customers, technicians and the office in a repair shop?
An AI Business Operating System such as VLADA: a customer portal, a technician-facing staff portal and an owner dashboard that all read the same repair-order data, connected to the shop's existing management, accounting and messaging tools where their APIs allow.
