Built on what you have
During the mapping session, Chosen Customs LLC reviews the tools you use today, such as your email, CRM, accounting and scheduling stack, and designs the VLADA build around what those tools' integrations genuinely support. Tools shown in our demos (for example Gmail, Slack, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Airtable, Google Calendar, Stripe, Google Analytics and Meta advertising) illustrate the kinds of systems VLADA is designed to work with in real builds.
Integration availability depends on the software, API access, permissions and implementation requirements. What is connected in your system is confirmed during the mapping session, not assumed.
One system, not another silo
The goal of integration is that your customer portal, staff portal and command center all reflect the same live data, and automations can move work between tools without a person retyping it.
How a connection is confirmed
- You name your tools in the Build My System form, your CRM, email, calendar, accounting, payments and anything else the business runs on.
- We check each one's actual API and access during the mapping session. What can be read, what can be written, and what the tool simply does not expose.
- You get the honest list: connected fully, connected partially, or not connectable, before anything is built. No logo-wall promises.
- Connections are monitored after launch. When a tool changes its API, Chosen Customs LLC maintains the connection as part of the subscription.
Connect or replace, your choice
Where a tool works, VLADA connects it and it keeps its job, the way a working CRM stays the system of record (see AI Business Operating System vs CRM). Where a company wants fewer tools, VLADA can provide the tracking itself. Either way, every role ends up with one view: customers in the Customer Portal, the team in the Staff Portal, ownership in the Owner Command Center.
Common questions
Do you support my specific software?
It depends on what your software exposes through its integrations and APIs. The mapping session answers this concretely for your stack.
Do we have to switch CRMs or accounting tools?
No. The default is to build around what you have. Switching is only discussed if a tool genuinely cannot support what you need.
What access does VLADA need?
Only the permissions required for the agreed workflows, granted by you, revocable by you.
Can integrations be added later?
Yes. Systems are commonly connected in phases, starting with the highest-impact workflows.
What if a tool has no API?
Some workflows can still be handled through email, forms or file exchange; some cannot. This is established honestly during mapping.
Who maintains the integrations when software updates?
Chosen Customs LLC monitors and maintains VLADA builds after launch, including keeping connections working.
Is there a list of supported integrations?
We publish categories rather than a logo wall, because what is connectable depends on each tool's API, plan level and access. Your specific tools are confirmed at the mapping session, before anything is built.
What if one of my tools can't be connected?
You will know before the build starts, along with the options: keep using it standalone, replace it, or let VLADA cover that function.
Do integrations cost extra?
The build is scoped at the mapping session and covered by the one-time setup fee ($999 for one portal, $2,500 for the complete system); the monthly subscription ($199 or $699) covers hosting, monitoring and maintaining the connections.
